1200mm MCPCB Cutting Machine

The 1200mm MCPCB Cutting Machine is an industrial PCB depaneling solution designed for accurate cutting and separation of Metal Core Printed Circuit Boards (MCPCBs), particularly aluminium-based PCBs.

With a maximum cutting length of 1200 mm, the machine is suitable for processing long-format MCPCB panels commonly used in LED lighting, power electronics and electronics manufacturing.

The machine uses a controlled cutting mechanism with circular cutter / linear blade configurations, depending on the machine setup. Adjustable cutting speed allows the cutting process to be optimized according to board material and thickness.

Its controlled separation process is intended to minimize mechanical stress, vibration and board deformation during depaneling, helping maintain the structural integrity of the MCPCB and mounted components.
