SL-01 Bench Top Ionizer 

The SL-01 Bench Top Ionizer is a compact ionizing air blower designed to neutralize electrostatic charges in electronics manufacturing, PCB/PCBA assembly, inspection, repair, and other ESD-sensitive working environments.

The unit generates positive and negative ions and distributes them through its fan-driven airflow. These ions help neutralize electrostatic charges accumulated on electronic components, workpieces, tools, and nearby surfaces.

Its single-fan benchtop design makes the SL-01 suitable for localized static control at individual workstations where a compact ionization solution is required. Adjustable airflow allows the operator to adapt the air output according to the working distance and process requirements.

The ionizer can be incorporated into a properly designed ESD Protected Area (EPA) to support electrostatic charge-control procedures.
