The PCB Router Bit 1.2mm (DC) is a precision diamond-cut tungsten carbide router bit used for PCB routing, profiling, slotting, and depaneling. Its diamond-cut/cross-cut geometry provides stable material removal and good swarf evacuation during high-speed PCB routing. Standard 1.2 mm diamond-cut bits are commonly supplied with a 3.175 mm shank, 38.1 mm overall length, and 8.0 mm cutting length.
