PCB Router Bit 0.5 mm Diamond Cut (DC)

The PCB Router Bit 0.5mm (DC) is a precision diamond-cut tungsten carbide router bit designed for fine PCB routing, narrow slotting, profiling, and depaneling. The diamond/cross-cut geometry is suitable for abrasive PCB materials such as FR4 and fiberglass composites. Manufacturer specifications for 0.5 mm diamond-cut bits commonly use a 3.175 mm shank, 38.1 mm overall length, and 3.0 mm standard flute length.
