ATTEN ST-862D Hot Air Station

ATTEN ST-862D is an intelligent hot air rework station designed for professional SMD soldering, desoldering, component removal and PCB repair/rework applications.

The station provides up to 1000W power with an adjustable hot-air temperature range of 100°C to 480°C. A high-volume brushless fan provides controlled airflow for different component sizes and rework requirements.

An LCD display provides clear visualization of operating parameters. The station supports temperature locking, timed operation, temperature calibration/compensation and selectable °C/°F temperature units.

The ST-862D also provides three shortcut temperature/airflow settings, allowing frequently used process parameters to be stored and quickly recalled.

Its standby heater-cooling and auto-sleep functions support safer operation and help reduce unnecessary heater operation when the hot-air handle is not actively being used. The system also includes abnormal detection for heater and temperature-sensor conditions.
