ATTEN ST-1202D Dual Arm Intelligent Fume Extractor

ATTEN ST-1202D is a dual-arm intelligent fume extractor designed for capturing and filtering soldering fumes directly at the source in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, soldering and rework workstations.

The system provides two extraction work positions, allowing two soldering points or operators to use the same extraction unit simultaneously. Each extraction channel provides a system airflow of 150 m³/h (±10%), giving a combined nominal airflow of approximately 300 m³/h.

The ST-1202D uses a three-stage filtration system consisting of a pre-filter, middle filter and main filter. Its specified filtration efficiency is 99.97% for 0.3-micron particles, helping remove fine particulate contamination from soldering fumes before filtered air is returned or exhausted.

Unlike the standard ST-1202, the ST-1202D intelligent version includes an LCD display, airflow sensor, remote/external control, filter-blockage audible/visual alarm and RS485 communication. ATTEN states that the RS485 interface can be linked with compatible soldering and hot-air stations for synchronized operation.
