ATTEN GT-1028 Intelligent Hot Air Station

ATTEN GT-1028 is a professional Intelligent Hot Air/Vacuum Rework Station designed for SMD rework, component removal, PCB/PCBA repair and professional electronics maintenance.

The station provides 1330W power on 220–240V versions and 1000W on 110–120V versions, with a hot-air temperature range of 100°C to 500°C and maximum airflow of 120 L/min.

A major feature of the GT-1028 is its integrated vacuum suction pen. After a component has been heated and desoldered, the vacuum pen can be used to pick up and remove the component from the PCB. This distinguishes the GT-1028 from the related GT-8100A model, which does not include the vacuum pen.

The unit features adjustable 1–100% air volume, a 10–900 second timer, three quick parameter groups, temperature compensation, automatic standby/sleep, cool-air mode and temperature-curve operation.

For production integration, the GT-1028 provides USB and RS485 communication, supports MODBUS, external-switch/foot-switch control and infrared temperature calibration.
